Carb cycling is just a term used to describe a diet that alternates high carb intake days with low ones. The point of carb cycling is to build muscle and burn fat stores.
Tip 1 – Low carb days are days when you should train the lightest or rest. High carb days = High training days. When you are doing the most we want to give our muscles carbs to burn and grow. The lower carb days are for fat burning and rest. Honestly if you tried to do a really tough workout on a low or no carb day you might just die…well not literally but you will definitely feel like it! (for the rest of my tips watch my video:)
